Utilizing the latest in high tech materials and designs, Freedom Fabrication’s composite orthoses provide the patient with the best possible combination of high strength, low weight and low mass.

Because of the very high modulus of strength available from composites we can design orthoses which offer the same mass of a thermoplastic design but a much higher strength, or the same strength of a thermoplastic orthoses with a much lower mass and weight. This combined with our ability to design in markedly different flexural characteristics at different points in the device, and you open up a world of possibilities. Most of these devices can be manufactured either as resin transfer laminates or as pre-pregs.
